As with our book, the workshop format includes the recounting of sibling memories and important moments in family history, enjoying games, parody and skits, exploring rivalry or wounding, restating family legends in a more positive vein, and creating new images for the future. Thus the 8 Step format of this book parallels the work of the weekend workshops with added material for home study.
